DISPLAY DB Command CLAIMERS does not list LOAD utility

Our DBAs have realized that when a load job is running against a
tablespace and the load utility is active, the display claimer did not
show the jobname that are executing the job. However , the display use
does show the job name.
For example:

-DIS DB(DBTEST) SPACENAM(TSNAME1) USE LIMIT(*) will show below:
NAME TYPE PART STATUS CONNID CORRID USERID
-------- ---- ----- ----------------- -------- ------------ --------
TSNAME1 TS 0001 RW,RECP, UTUT
TSNAME1 TS UTILITY JOBLD1P
TSOID
- MEMBER NAME
DBXX

But with display claimers, it only shows:
DSNT397I - DBXX
NAME TYPE PART STATUS CONNID CORRID CLAIMINFO
-------- ---- ----- ----------------- -------- ------------ --------
TSNAME1 TS 0001 RW,RECP, UTUT
TSNAME1 TS

They expect to see claim information for CONNID, CORRID, CLAIMINFO.
It seems to happen only to LOAD Utility. We are able to see all claimer
information for unload/reorg /runstats utilities, for example.

Thank you for submitting this Idea.

Db2 for z/OS Development reviewed it and determined the issue should be reported instead as a defect and a case should be opened. and documentation provided, so that it can be diagnosed and fixed.

    Thank you.

if a utility fails leaving the object in UTUT, the display should include the utility name
