New Authorization for SELECT all tables (DataSelect)

We use the DataAccess Auth to let Select. Insert, Update & Delete on all tables.

But we'll appreciate also a new Auth for letting only Select on all tables. That's why we thought about the name DataSelect.

    Dear Maria, Thank you for submitting this Db2 for z/OS enhancement request. We have reviewed this request but it does not align within functionality prioritized for delivery within the next 12 months. This capability is supported with external security. Therefore, unfortunately, we will not be considering this idea at this time.

    We appreciate your input to the Db2 for z/OS development team. We hope that you will continue to submit enhancement suggestions for improvements as customer feedback is a key component to shaping the future direction of Db2 for z/OS.

    I think it´s a good idea.

    I would like to add the possibility of GRANT/ REVOKE only for INSERT, UPDATE or DELETE on all tables.
