Enhance IFCID 389 for number of FTB traversals

When analyzing our company's benefits using FTB for Indexes I did not find a proper way to get the number of index getpages we saved using FTB.

IFCID 199 does contain the number of getpages per pageset but the documentation of IFCID 199 also says the following: THERE IS ONE QW0199 SECTION FOR EACH OPEN DATA SET THAT HAS AN AVERAGE OF AT LEAST ONE I/O OPERATION PER SECOND IN THE CURRENT REPORTING INTERVAL.

Using this Information I would loose Information for Indexes which do not require I/O for what reason ever.

I need a reliable Information of the number of getpages I successfully saved using FTB.

This is documented also in Case TS002529871. Bart Stegmanns gave me the hint to open a RFE.

Janet, thank you for the information. PTF UI67690 is in production in our systems since March. Thanks to all who helped to implement this RFE so fast.
