Db2 on z/OS client authentication with a certificate is done with the help of RACF and AT-TLS.

We also need this feature like in Db2 z/OS. There it is possible.
Yes, please! It's getting really embarrassing to explain that users need a password to connect to the database remotely. AIX and Linux admins are trying to move towards ssh-key only authentication for most users, and we always need exceptions for database users.
