Tiebreak disk as second quorum mecanism for clusters with DB2 + HADR + TSAMP

Customer have some DB2 cluster with HADR and TSAMP. By default this kind of cluster uses network quorum as tiebreaker mechanism. And there is not a secondary mechanism to verify the quorum state of the cluster if any issue affect the gateway or the network. For example, the Network Team frequently perform switches maintenances. In some cases poweroff the switch is mandatory. When this happen all DB2 clusters without a second tiebreaker mechanism following down. And this made some logical problems in cluster systems.

Starting in Db2 V11.1.4.4, db2haicu supports disk tiebreaker as well as majority quorum in Db2 HADR with TSAMP environment.
