allow LDAP based db2 instance user for PureScale instance creation

Right now instance creation and maintainance in PureScale (db2icrt/db2iupdt) requires that the db2 instance user is local, i.e. has an entry in local /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow.

This expose a huge problem for LDAP based environments like ours where db2 instance user and his groups should be maintained in LDAP (AD) only. We were forced by db2prerequisite check that we add a local user to be able to run db2icrt/db2iupdt successfully for a PureScale instance.

We would like to request that this restriction is lifted and PureScale instance will support LDAP instance user only in the same way it is already done for other DB2 deployments.
