System Tables should come with STATISTIC PROFILE set from factory

We all know how important STATISTICS are, and more specially, how they are captured for each particular table !

Documentation says that DBA and application sholuld determine best options, based on usage.. but ibm is lacking to do the same for their own tables.

System tables are used internally by Db2 engine, and these tables do not come with pre-defined STATISTICS PROFILE set.

ALL system tables should be created with a pre-defined statistics profile, that should specify statistcis options for best performance ever, based on it's usage (join predicates, common filter criterias, etc.. )

This way, we DBAs could just use the system pre-defined profiels to update statistics on system tables, either by auto-runstats or either by manual scheduled jobs..
