db2ReadLog api: position using timestamp

Hi,

Currently db2ReadLog api gives us the record based on LRI values. We need to pass LRI range(start LRI and end LRI) to the api to get db2 records.

There is no other way to get the records using the api.

It would be good, if we can query the logs and get the db2 records using a timestamp value. db2ReadLog api should accept timestamp value(in some pre-defined format) and return the db2 records starting or after the provided timestamp.
