Allow users to specify the alert message that should be sent to receivers

Databand currently uses a default message template for our alert receivers. The template includes the fields that are considered to be the most relevant/important in evaluating an alert at a high level. Since many customers have escalation policies built into their receivers that allow for further routing of alerts internally, custom alert messages would allow them to build in key terms that can be used by those policies and to highlight the information they believe is most important.

The idea would be that you would have an optional field for creating the alert message, and Databand would make key fields from the alert available to build into the message. A very basic example would be something like: "{PIPELINE_NAME} has failed at {ALERT_TIMESTAMP}. This issue should be corrected within 6 hours. Please reach out to {ALERT_COLLABORATOR} if you have questions." If a custom message is not entered, the default template would be sent.
