Postpone the end of support for IBM DOCPLEX Cloud

It is currently planned an end of support for IBM Optimization center in september 2020. Given the global crisis related to COVID 19 Pandemia, our development team are understaffed and there is a risk not to be ready by September 2020. Could we extend this end of support deadline for 6 monthes?

    We have extended the End of service date of DOCPLEX cloud to October 10th 2020. As an exception, the end of service date for DOCPLEX cloud for Euroclear will be November 10th 2020.

    We are actively working with our existing DOCPLEX cloud to migrate them over to WML Cloud.

    DecisionBrain is the company that is working with the IBM R&D on the next version of Decision Optimization Center (4.0).

    I'd be happy to talk to you to see if we can help you migrating to the new version. It has a lot of advantages wrt DOC 3.X. E.g. Web interface, easier deployment (in the cloud or data center), modern architecture, ...
