The handling where methods like e.g. exportModel() and writeMIPStarts() is not consistent and not intuitive.
In case no absolute path is specifies, exportModel() always writes the file parallel to the mod-file. Whereas writeMIPStarts(), while started from the IDE, writes the in the CPLEX-installation-directory. Calling writeMIPStarts() via oplrun writes the file parallel to the mod-file. This is not intuitive.
How should it work?
I would prefer to have all written files parallel to the mod file, unless another path is specified.
