SPSS Bulk loader feature in CP4D

In an application modernization scenario, using some cloud pak for data components, the customer needs to read (and write) a large amount of data on various data sources, including Teradata, Hive and Impala. In existing and production workflows in traditional SPSS, the customer uses the bulk loader feature to write large amounts of data to Teradata. To give continuity to this requirement, is it possible to implement the bulk loader feature on CP4D? Or, alternatively, is it possible to use an comparable tool/approach to achieve the same goal?

The risk of business impact in case of non-implementation of this SPSS requirement is 1M $, just for the SPSS component.
Please note that this is the first SPSS modernization project attempted by the customer, in case of failure the medium/long-term impact could be several millions on others use cases.
