Allow "Asset Broswer" node in datastage on cp4d to have access to connections that is inside the catalog

It is useful to search for connections using the Asset Broswer node within the DataStage ETL flow designer. However, the Asset Broswer currently can ONLY find the connections that are added as assets within the project that the flow belongs in. The idea is to allow the user to search the Asset Browser and also find the connections that the user has access to within the CP4D catalogs. The user has access to these data connections anyway within the catalog, why not make it convenient for the user to create the connection via the Asset Broswer leveraging the catalog data connection assets.

This idea came from the client as I was showcasing to the client on how to use DataStage on CP4D to create ETL flows. The client thought the current design is cumbersome. He did not like that the user must separately search for the data connection asset from the catalog and add it to the Project, when really in the asset browser it should be browsable and selectable.

It would benefit clients who utilize CP4D and the catalog there to manage the platform's data connection as assets. This would make it easier for ETL flow developers to search and use the data connections. Saving time and effort. This improves integration between CP4D and DataStage thus providing unique value to both.
