Change in roles from v4.6 to v4.7 not documented and incorrect display in CP4D UI

Roles were changed from v4.6.x to 4.7.x:

Access Advanced Governance, Access Data Quality, and Manage Data Quality roles were removed and Access Data Quality Asset Types and Manage Asset Discovery were added.

Two issues:
1) There is no documentation in 4.7.x that states these roles were eliminated and new roles added to replace. How are clients supposed to know how to replace permissions? Do they have to do the compare? CTC is concerned about future releases and worrying that permissions are removed or changed and they need to compare.

2) When on CP4Dv4.7.x, looking at Access Data Quality Asset Types role, it shows only a definition, but no actions (in the documentation it shows them). Looking at Manage Asset Discovery role, it is showing two of these roles and the definition and actions is wrong.

For CTC, we upgraded from 4.6.x to 4.7.x and we
REMOVED: Access Advanced Governance

REMOVED: Access Data Quality and Manage Data Quality
THEN ADDED: Access Data Quality Asset Types

REMOVED: Manage Metadata
THEN ADDED: Manage Asset Discovery
