WS Project Export should include ALL project objects including AutoAI Experiments

When a business user perfroms an Project Export they expect that all object associated with a Watson Studio project will be exported. Users often use Project Exports as a method to recover a Project (backup-recovery scenario).

However, AutoAI-Experiments are NOT inlcuded in Watson Studio Project Exports.

Thus, in the case of backup-recovery scenario, AutoAI-Experiments are lost. Although it is possible to regenerate AutoAI-Experiments, regenerated Experiments do not match the original Experiments (and thus violate AI justification for selection of a particular algorithm).

In short a Watson Studio Project should ideally be complete as a basic rule. Optimally the user should be able to select or deselect project objects (including AutoAI-Experiments) for Export. At the very least, users should be warned of objects (such as AutoAI-Experiments) that are omitted from Watson Studio Project Exports.
