REST API support to collect unrelated event and triggers from NPS appliance and containers.

We are looking for REST API support which can deliver all uncorrelated events for appliance and NPS databases with the attributes like event id, type, start/stop dates, severity, description and etc in the form of JSON body, Which can also directly feed to any third party monitoring product like Moogsoft for alerting and it does support log monitoring too.

Implementing a monitoring subsystem that supports Webhooks hooks for system monitoring would enable NPS to feed into enterprise SIEM monitoring systems like IBM Qradar, Moogsoft, AWS, AZURE. Adding a JSON event class with webhook support would put NPS in the class of 'plug and play; SIEM devices. It promotes basic monitoring of NPS from impractical, unsupportable to plug-n-play peer. It would provide mandated enterprise monitoring with full oversight of NPS of the NPS system. It could enable the NPS system to provide the monitoring system with notification of call home events which would enable Qradar, Moogsoft to automatically notify tools like servicenow with case information.
With support for multiple webhook request this interface could be used by Cloud Monitoring, Customer Monitoring and the NPS web console concurrently providing all stake holders with a single source of truth while streamlining the monitoring subsystem reducing development, QA workload and at the same time reducing. potential for mis understanding of system messages sent to support organizations.

FiServ has attempted to use the SNMP package provided with the NPS system, but find the information provided lacks FQDN, hostname, information supplying both IP and the FQDN of the system and augmenting it with the nzstats information would enable the automatoin of notifiations by the Monitoring system.
