CDC - automatically add new column to table mapping.

Enhance the product to when a new column is added to the Source Datastore (DB2), and the column exists in the Target (Oracle), CDC adds the column automatically to the table mapping, without stopping the subscription. Similar to QREP ADDCOL

For example: We do database install once a month but have multiple CDC replications going to multiple Oracle and Kafka and DataStage targets. We run the DDL on the mainframe to add the column to DB2, then we need stop every subscript and added the column, this is very time consuming if it is a popular table. Sometimes we have Standard and Audit subs that requires this update.
