Replicate USERID for IIDR CDC PostgreSQL Source

IIDR CDC can replicate data from PostgreSQL. One of limitation of this replication is that IIDR CDC cannot replicate &USERID metadata information due to PostgreSQL limitation on logical decoding. Basically, this USERID information is very useful to identify who did DML operation in the Source PostgreSQL database.

This is very critical in the fraud type of use-cases for CDC, where if there is need to identify User who perform the changes in the Source database, at this time this cannot be done. IIDR can replicate CDC data from PostgreSQL but cannot identify who did it.

Adding this feature, would be very helpful for customers who is using CDC for frauds and audit purpose.
