Enhance the dmconfigurets tool to handle tnsnames.ora when it has an IFILE clause without error

Currently when configuring the CDC engine to communicate with Oracle, the dmconfigurets tool, which reads tnsnames.ora to show the user the tnsnames entries available for the connection, fails with a Java NPE error if the tnsnames.ora contains an IFILE clause.

The workaround is to create a copy in a user-defined location, delete the IFILE and then specify the user-defined tnsnames.ora path in the configuration dialogue

it seems a simple change to enhance the dmconfigurets tool that it ignores the IFILE clause, rather than trying to parse it and then throwing an error because it is not using expected syntax
