Allow ability to remove "Capture point for mirroring"

In our environment we have separate subscriptions for "Refresh" vs "Continuous Mirroring". It can be months between refreshes. We do not want to delete the refresh subscriptions as that increases possibility of losing configurations. We also have cases in development environments where we park a mirror subscription while we do work either on the database(s) or the subscriptions themselves.

Currently, when a subscription is parked the single scraper appears to retain the subscription's current "capture point for mirroring". If a subscription is parked for an extended period (sometimes only days) it can have an adverse effect on log dependencies.

Since the mechanism to "unpark" a subscription is to re-mark the capture point it should not be necessary to maintain for a parked subscription.

In the attached output from ShowLogDependecies, the subscriptions starting with "RFS" are all parked. Several of them show log dependencies back to January. This can cause unnecessary confusion in our log retention policies.
