CDC support remote connect to MySQL slave node replication and creating metadata tables at slave nodes

MySQL has a very high market share in China, and especial to banking with core business system. Many MySQL customers use master-slave architecture, typical configuration as 1master with 3 slaves , and MqSQL as source is one major scenarios with CDC.

CDC for MqSQL now support connect to MySQL master node and creating the metadata table on master node. in customer environment, especial to core business system based on MqSQL, the performance and network bandwidth with master node are very key consideration with CDC solution and deployment.

in customer production experience, There is strong demand on CDC support source with MySQL slave node instead of the master nodes, support creating metadata tables at slave nodes or external 3rd party database, not on master node.

Some of the customers switch to Debezium from CDC when replicating data from MySQLs for this requirement because Debezium supported it.
