Extend FlexRep to Support Replicating to EnterpriseDB version 12 and 13 targets

Customers are limited to running on EnterpriseDB version 11 as CDC FlexRep is not officially supported on versions 12 or 13.

    IBM Update.

    Thanks for filing this requirement. We agree that this is a valid requirement and the work has been added to our roadmap.

    In the meantime, our dev/support team is willing to accept support requests in the event you want to proceed with using the Flexrep engine to target EnterpriseDB 12 and 13.

    We will follow up with formal certification (testing) and docs.
