Support LDAP as a centralized storage for Oracle TNS connection data

Oracle Database support storing the TNS connection information in a centralized manner by utilizing the LDAP services and protocol.
Support for reading the connection details from LDAP is a built-in feature of Oracle Client.
Centralized management of TNS connection details decreases the administrative burden associated with passing the connection details between different teams, and updating these details manually when they are expected to change (e.g. IP address, DNS name or port number changes).

Currently IBM CDC does not support using the connection information stored in LDAP when setting up the connections to Oracle Database and Oracle ASM instances.
Without that support, IBM CDC administrators working in LDAP-enabled environment still have to manually manage the additional configuration files (TNSNAMES.ORA), typically one per CDC agent instance, to keep in sync the connection details between LDAP and these files.
In addition, manually requesting the up-to-date information from the Oracle Net administrators, in case some changes happen, can take additional time, leading to prolonged downtime for the CDC agent involved.

UPD: There are some environments which does not support TNSNAMES at all.
