BI 10.2.2 SQL Data Sources change to Other in CA 11

For Data Sources that use Microsoft SQL Server, when a BI 10.2.2 Content Store is upgraded to CA 11, the "Type" of connection is being changed from Microsoft SQL Server (in version 10.2.2) to "Other" (in version CA 11). This occurs with any Data Source that uses the connection Type Microsoft SQL Server (OLE DB), Microsoft SQL Server (SQL 2005 Native Client), and Microsoft SQL Server (SQL 2008 Native Client). Only Data Sources in BI 10.2.2 that use Type Microsoft SQL Server (SQL 2012/2014 Native Client) are successfully upgraded to Type Microsoft SQL Server (Native Client) in CA 11, all others revert to "Other".

The team has considered the request, and it will not be delivered in the future. If this request receives continued customer interest, this decision may be revisted.
