Search not showing all matching entries

Quite annoyingly, on several clients' systems we discovered that the default Search engine is not always finding the correct matches.

I've researched further into this, and this occurs specifically for clients on a different locale than English.

Attached you can find a Screenshots.zip showing a Sjablonen folder (=Templates) with several objects in it. The item "MasterTemplate_Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen" mostly (weirdly enough, not always!) is excluded from the search results. This of course is incorrect.

Further investigation, shows that this is caused by multilingual support. Not all users will choose to have Dutch as their base language, so sometimes users will create an object in a different locale, with a name in a different locale as well.

If we add for the missing item (Screenshots_solution.zip) a report name record in Dutch (User's Content Language) , the problem resolves itself.

So, the User's Content Language will have an effect on the search results. Even more, if we change now the Content Language to French, and then search for "Master_", there are no longer any matching results at all.
(Changing_Content_lang.zip)

This is incorrect behavior.
If a report only has one name defined, in whatever language, it should be searched upon in the Search window.
I can only accept, that if the User's Content Language is LanguageX, and the report has multiple languages, including LanguageX, that the search will limit itself to only the name in LanguageX. If not, then the search should be based upon the default name. Every report should have a default name, in whatever language, and be searched upon.

Please can you identify this as a bug and keep us informed when this can be resolved?
