Hyperlinks Directly Embedded on CA Dashboard

We would like to embed hyperlinks on the dashboard so we can have a direct link for our users to click into. We have thousands of records with unique identifiers linking them back to our CRM platform. It would be a lot easier to embed a hyperlink directly onto the dashboard so our users can be redirected to the record on the CRM platform rather than show the details identifying the record on the dashboard and have our users search for the record on a separate platform.

    This functionality is required for our use case. We need the ability to hyperlink back into a specific record that you have identified using the analytics.

    Yes, we now have to embed a report as a drill through from the Dashboard that has a proper URL link to the record profile in the solution. So as stated, it's supported in Reports so why not the Dashboard elements.
