Add Visualization Customizer or editor tool in Cognos Analytics tool

To create, edit, we have to use visualization customizer  and then upload in cognos library and test. Thats an overhead. It would be great to have visualization editor in Cognos Analytics itself. So that an author can edit some basic changes like adding new pallete color or adding a field or some other small changes on Cognos Analytics itself, instead of editing in a separate tool and then zip and importing in cognos. This would help in faster development of report with great customized looks.
