need to fix security breaks in Apache web server

Our internal security scan has found couple of Breaks related to configuration in Apache web server used for CA v11.1.1. Our question is, do we have plan to fix them in future releases or we will need to submit enhancement request in order to get them fixed?

Here are the items:

1 Need to enable PUT and DELETE Methods in Apache web server, otherwise, we won't be able to delete, copy, or move reports and other cognos objects

Configuration change in WS1.CONF:

2 Need to remove the restriction over static content in Apache web server, which means any file types are allowed access, otherwise, cognos application is not accessible.
Configuration change in WS1.CONF:

# Deny from all

3 Need to disable Secure cookie, otherwise, cognos application is not accessible.
Configuration change in WS1.CONF:
