Update "Recent Cards" on homepage to browse by pathing rather than object ID.

A report is created for a large number of users to consume all through-out the day named Report Alpha. Developers later update Report Alpha without versioning the name of the report so that all email links and links within other user interfaces still direct to the report. They do so by creating a second report named Report Beta. Once Report Beta is tested and approved, Report Alpha is deleted, and Report Beta renamed to Report Alpha. Until a user refreshes or opens a new window within Cognos, they will still posses a "Recent Card" which points to the object id of the old Report Alpha. The links will fail and hundreds of users who cannot read errors nor attempt a page reload will flood the developers phones with calls of a broken system.

I think this is better addressed by some kind of "favourites" list.
