Permanent Hide the filters in a Dashboard for end user

End users not to be able to implement filters on the data.

    There is no way to hide a filter included in a chart within a DashBoard to the user. This would simplify the design a lot. There shouldbe an option at the time to include the filter where one could check to hide the filter.

    the function is useful.
    For
    Dashboard , Most user is manager, So the filter has areadly fix. So just Hide it for the Role.
