This should be the highest priority especially as we move all our Cognos instances to the cloud, this would really be critical to our ability to provide enterprise-level support.
This is a foundational requirement for improving the availability capabilities of Cognos in both and HA and DR configuration. The implementation should require no Cognos code changes.

Providing a highly available Cognos Analytics reporting platform requires a highly available content store.
DB2 HADR is key to reaching 99.7% HA requirement for business critical applications.
This is very important to many products that rely on Cognos BI and DB2. For example, my product Netcool is a suite of products that MUST use Cognos (TCR) and DB2.
