Scheduling Reports

Now you have the possibility to schedule one report with one schedule rule. My suggestions is to create a multiple schedule for one report.
My suggestion to resolve this problem is with an option of multiple schedules and with this two options:
- Private schedule
Private schedule will be that each user can schedule some reports but just for him with some prompt options.
- Public schedule
There you can create multiple schedule plans, with different mail addresses and different prompt options
With this you can significantly change and improve scheduling and delivering options on the whole platform.
Also one good feature that could be added to this is “Don't send if query has no data”.

As part of the new Financial Calendar - this is a major requirement. Please indicate when scheduling reports using 445 weekly changes could be implemented.

I like the "don't send if no data" option.

The rest of this can be done using report views.

There is a need to have a report run multiple times through out the day not based on incremental hours. For example, 6am, 12pm, 3pm, 9:30pm.
