Add Bullet Chart to pre-packaged RAVE2 visualizations

When positioning Cognos Analytics as a dashboarding solution to prospective and existing clients, I often reference the works of Stephen Few and others to make the case that Cognos is a 'best in class' solution that delivers visualizations in line with the recommendations of experts in the field.

While the new RAVE2 charts are great, I've noticed the lack of a bullet chart. While the use case for a bullet chart is highly specific, there is nothing else that satisfies the needs that lead one to select a bullet chart.

I know RAVE2 is highly customizable and I could create one myself, but for the sake of my clients please include a RAVE2 bullet chart in future releases of Cognos.
