Additional audit logging capabilities for Cognos Analytics

Customer needs to audit application changes made by administrators and/or privileged users. Our current authentication/security is Active Directory based and we need to track the changes made by users that are part of an administrator AD group. Furthermore, this needs to be logged in a separate file as to not degrade application performance.

Suggested solution
- allow the configuration of a separate audit log file
- allow the configuration of a set of groups (AD) for which audit is required
- when an application/report change is submitted by a member of one of the specified groups write the change and target of change to the audit file
- record number of failed logins by user in X amount of time
