Cogserver.log needs to populate complete import/export log details without delay

Issue: Cogserver.log needs to populate complete import/export log details without delay
Description:
We are using trigger utility to trigger the import and export deployment jobs. We noticed that
i) cogserver.log is not populated the complete import/export job details for example number of deployment objects (ie which reports, which pkgs etc..) successfully imported/exported is not shown in the cogserver.log
ii) There is a delay in populating the import/export job details in cogserver.log. We raised PMR 76153,000,834 and we understood that this is design by feature misunderstood and that only if admin logs on to the console and click refresh or view run history details of the job, only then cogserver.log gets these import/export related log messages into it. This is not expected and should be fixed.
