Set report property "Run with full interactivity" to "Yes" using SDK

As shown in the on-line help, report property "Run with full interactivity" is set to "No" for upgraded reports.

Run with full interactivity
Specifies whether to enable interactivity in the report output.
When set to Yes, users will be able to make changes to the report,
such as filtering data and formatting the report.
By default, interactivity is disabled for reports that are created in
previous IBM Cognos BI versions.

However, the users want to set the property to "Yes" using SDK because there is know problem like below and they have a large number of upgraded reports.

In addition, there is no change between 10.2.2 and 11.0.5 in SDK because SDK documentation for 10.2.2 are also provided in 11.0.5.
