Allow passing an id_token_hint into the Logout Redirect URL when logging out of OIDC namespaces

With OpenID Providers such as KeyCloak, it has previously been possible to send a user to their logout URL directly, without providing any token.  For example:

http://{domain-name}/auth/realms/{realm-name}/protocol/openid-connect/logout?redirect_uri=encodedRedirectUri

With more recent releases, KeyCloak is moving towards the recommendations in the OpenID spec, which requires an id_token_hint (which can be the id_token originally provided during signin), and a post_logout_redirect_url parameter.

https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-rpinitiated-1_0.html

It would be great if the Logout Redirect URL in Cognos Analytics could be enhanced to allow inclusion of the id_token_hint when the user hits the logout button.

Currently, it is necessary to enable legacy logout functionality in KeyCloak to use the logout URL with Cognos Analytics, and this legacy option is scheduled to be removed in an upcoming release, which will make integration more difficult in the future.
