Glass interface for setting advanced settings improvements

Within CA Glass interface to set advanced settings you have to go to:
Manage > Configuration > System > Advanced Settings

On this screen you can type in a Key. If the key has been set then the value of the key will be shown. This is a very poor interface as there is no way of knowing what Advanced settings have been set. If you do not type in the key correctly, then the product will not show you the setting. If someone else has set a key you have no way of knowing.

Administrators have no easy way of coming to a new server and seeing what custom settings have been set.

Contrast this with C10 where you could just go to the advanced settings page which showed you a table of all the advanced settings and their values.

In a multiserver environment, the key interface does not set the key on multiple dispatchers. There is no easy way of setting the key value on multiple dispatchers.
