Reporting filters to use Prompt Info properties from Framework Manager

We want the filter functionality (not just generated prompts) in Reporting to use the Prompt Info properties - Prompt Type, Display Item Reference, Use Item Reference, and Filter Reference. As we try to move our users off of Query Studio, using Reporting for basic ad-hoc query we would like the "edit filters" and "create custom filters" to apply the Prompt Info properties like Query Studio does. This would enable our users to do simple report filtering without need to build a prompt page. For example, when a user wants to filter on an item on a large fact table we would sometimes want the default Prompt Type to be an edit box, rather than defaulting as it does currently to a list of values (which on a large fact table just spins endlessly). Another use case is we want the filter when defaulted to a Select with search to search from a lookup table rather than the large fact table that the filter will need to be applied to.
