Add Favourite Favorite item to navigation menu

I require a quick way to access my favourite reports, dashbards, folders.

Currently I have to create shortcuts in my content, or search etc. this is clunky.


On the home menu, that has Home, New, Upload Data, Recent, there should be a 'Favourites' entry.

Users should be able to tag a report/dashboard as a favourite. These items would then appear in my favourites.

A bit like the 'Recents' menu.

Within the portal on the action menu of any content should there should an add to favourites,

Adding something to favourites will cause it to appear in the new Favourites menu (just like recent).

Any content should be able to be added to favourites, reports, dashboards, folders etc.

This will allow very quick access to my favourite content.

Whilst this is acheivable today (using shortcuts, my folders etc) this is really clunky.


As a bonus, after a report has run I should be able to add to favourites. In the report viewer window would be a 'Favourite' button. Clicking this would give the user the option to favourite base report (just create a favourite to the report) or favourite this view. this second option would create a report view and add the report view to favourites (a bit like subscribe does).
