IBM CA Cloud 11.1.7: Audit Package to include the items regarding the roles and/or groups an individual user is in

In the past, when we had Cognos on prem we could run SQL against the content store that would allow to see all the roles and/or groups of an individual user.

Our Internal auditors need this information for compliance purpose.

Per IBM Support case # , there is no way to get this information on CA cloud without manually going through every group and role.

IBM provided some sample Audit reports and framework package 'Audit' as a part of sample audit reports. But there is no data item in the 'Audit' package which gives details about the 'Roles / Groups/Capabilities' of the users.

Is it possible to add these items in the 'Audit' package?

    To align with the monthy charging model as agreed between Watson Health and Cognos Analytics, Watson Health have a requirement to identify active Cognos users by assigned Role.

    Requesting that a new Audit report to delivered to faciliate this.
    We have most of the required information in the Audit reports found in:

    Team Content > Samples > By Feature > Audit > Multi-tenancy Reports

    however there is no visibility of 'Roles' in any of these reports.
    Since each role is associated with a different monthly charge, WH cannot be accurately billed without this information readily available.
