Add an option to open dashboard in edit mode directly

To edit dashboard you have to open it and then click "Edit or preview". Many beginners do not know that and they ask us and they spend our time. They also say that they do not have permissions to edit dashboards but in fact they have. Because first they deal with reports and later they have the same expectations what to click to start editing dashboards.

On a related note... Edit button is greyed out if the user doesn't have write permissions on folder. They have to first save the report somewhere else and then click edit. However, in reports a user can hit edit but then when the user goes to save it forces them to save in a new directory where they do have write permissions. I think the interaction should be consistent between reports and dashboards and much prefer the 'reporting' way. There are often times I just want to hit edit to see some underlying details and don't actually need to save any changes.
