Select All/Multi- Bulk Selection for Job steps

In our new 11.1.7 CA environment, we are testing all of the different functions that we use to ensure everything is pretty much the same. While testing, we came across one functionality that is quite different. When going to the properties of a job, and attempting to ‘set’/update the job we get to a page like this (attached):

Previously in our older version, it brought us to a page like this (attached):

In the older version, we were able to select all of the steps at once, and then deselect a few that we wanted to keep and then we could delete the rest, or vice versa. Is this functionality possibly in the 11.1.7 version of Cognos? This functionality is very useful to us as we often have to rerun failed jobs and are constantly making updates/changes to existing jobs.
