Missing ability to change default options in run as tab and schedule tab

We are missing option to hide/disable/change default options in schedule tab and ran as tab.

These can not be modified as of today, in C10 it was possbile to modify those by changing cognos template files. Today they are not part of the interface customizations for roles/users but its requested by our users to switch the default options so that they do not need to change it every time they run report. For example when running report via email, change the options to attach report output by default and do not include link.

    We are just migrating to 11.1 and this is a MUST HAVE for our users, please include

    A global configuration UI would be required to achieve this. This is not currently on our roadmap but we would like to continue monitoring this request through voting. The status will be updated accordingly if more customers are demanding this.
