Ability to select dashboard crosstab summarization for rows, columns or both

The "Show summary" property for the crosstab visualization in dashboards provides both row and column summaries. In many instances you may only want to summarize columns, or inversely only rows. It would be very useful if this could be controlled.

Being able to select rows or columns would be a significant functional encasement for the report user and developers. If you have a year to date column and a month to data column, it makes no since to add those together going across. If you have line of business in the rows, it would makes since to have the summary going down. A work around is to add a total row, sorted to the bottom, into the data which kills some of the right-click functionality in the crosstab.
