Display query(ies) in Generated SQL/MDX when using a Global Parameter as Cascade source

Show Generated SQL/MDX is not able to display any SQL query in a report when using a Global Parameter in a Cascade Prompt, not matter if is being used in a query Item, the fact of being used in this way block all queries in SQL/MDX box.

The work around is to remove the Global Parameter when wanting to get the SQLs in the report and after getting the information put it back.

The idea is to make "Generated SQL/MDX" feature functional altough We face this scenario in a cascade source. SQLs should be displayed not blocked.

All Modelers/Authors that need to use a Global Parameter as Cascade source are impacted.

Sample created and uploaded with steps in TS003873478 IBM Case.

Although this is not currently on our roadmap, it is a valid request. We would like to review this internally.
