Remove the need for Cognos licence when emailing content to users with no Cognos access

When we schedule a report like other BI products we would like the ability to deliver content straight into users/customers inboxes without the requirement for them to hold as a minimum an Information Distribution licence.

We accept that those coming into Cognos to obtain results require a licence but for those just requiring a monthly KPI report for example, it seems excessive.

This continues to be a grey area within a Named user licence model and is seen as a disadvantage and limitation to using product.

This is a no-brainer if Cognos wants to survive Tableau. We receive Tableau reports form other companies and I can navigate them with a free version of tableau.
