Dashboard Visualizations (Stackbar, Stackcolumn etc) with Conditional Color Formatting

Conditional formatting based on the data value to show different colored bars for different value ranges is not available for most of the Visualizations.

Conditional formatting is currently only available on three Dashboard visualization types; KPI, Table, and Crosstab

This is the basic Legend functionality to show different Colors based on the range of Measure Values which should exist for every visualization.

Example: Measure of should have the Conditional formatting with the Colors 80-100% is Green , 70-80% Yellow, 50-60% Amber, 0-50% is Red.

As an example Stackbar chart should be able to show the Colors based on the defined Range of Values with different Colors.
