Add feature that would let a Cognos admin to request a user's credentials be refreshed

One logical...even likely...scenario is that a Cognos admin views the license usage and discovers that one of the license groups has more users assigned to it than are actually owned by the customer. After researching which user has been granted the wrong credentials and making the necessary corrections, the user would need to log in again to refresh their credentials to pick up the change made by the admin. Once this action is taken, when the Cognos admin looks at the license counts, they should see the expected reassignment of the one user to the correct license group.

That said, ideally the Cognos admin would rather not depend on the user to login in order for the new credentials to be assigned to that user. The admin's preference would be to be personally perform some action that would cause the new credentials to be assigned to the user without having to specifically contact the user and ask them to login.

The team has considered the request, and it will not be delivered in the future. If this request receives continued customer interest, this decision may be revisited.
