Ability to move the properties pane to another location of the screen

The properties pane has a fixed location on the right side of the screen. On screens with a higher resolution is the working area is much bigger, which is handy.

However, the result of this is that the location of the properties pane is too much to the right (which is not so handy). When you not see all the properties in one time, you have to move the mouse far to the right. It would be great when it is possible to switch the properties pane to the left of the screen if the user that wants.

    We have considered this request and it is not something we are planning to deliver in the near future, but we invite others to continue to vote on this Idea. If there is broad interest for this, IBM will revisit the Idea.
